Frequently Asked Questions
-
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit card as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We use Stripe as our payment provider.
-
What happens if my group changes size?
If you add new members to your group, and it exceeds your current subscription level, we automatically increase your subscription. We don't, however, take payment immediately; instead, we wait until the next billing cycle and adjust that charge on a pro-rate basis.
See here for a worked example.

What's the difference between Single and Multiple Group billing?
When you have multiple groups there are two ways of paying for them.
You can either pay for each group individually; this means if the same person appears in multiple groups, you will pay for them multiple times.
Alternatively, you can link all your groups together and then have one subscription for all of them, in which case you only pay for each member once regardless of how many groups they appear in.
There are more resources on this here, but the best way to figure out which type of subscription works for you is to get your groups set up and then check the Billing page which allows you to compare the cost for different subscription types.
-
Are there any setup costs? No, zero, none.
-
Do you off a non-profit discount?I'm afraid we don't offer a non-profit discount.

What's the difference between Personal & Professional?
The Professional plan has two additional features over Personal.
Firstly, with Professional, you can use your own colour scheme and logo. As well as appearing on your group dashboard page and members' membership pages, this also appears on email sent to your group. See here for more details.
The Professional plan also lets you host your domain with us so your messages go out using your own domain, details here.
