Do my members need a Gaggle Mail account?

No. Members send and receive group messages with their existing email address and email app. Only admins ever need to log in — and members who want the web archive or settings can access them with just their email address, no password to remember.

Will it work for members who aren't good with technology?

Yes — that's the point. If someone can receive and reply to a normal email, they can use Gaggle Mail. There's no app to install, no account to create, and nothing new to learn.

Does it work with Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail?
